Our founder Rina Oike is from Kagawa, Japan and has had a passion for food from a young age. She always had dreams of coming to America to start a business and now her dreams are becoming a reality.

Based in Seattle, we proudly sell our products at T&T Supermarket and PCC Community Markets in King County, WA. Embracing sustainable practices we are expanding through wholesale partnerships with select local grocery stores, and local markets. With over 1,000 years of history tracing back to Japan’s Yayoi period, onigiri represents simplicity, versatility, and cultural heritage. At Onigiri Sen, we aim to spread this culinary treasure locally and globally, fostering community through authentic Japanese flavors and inviting everyone to savor the joy of onigiri.
